Michael Waller As someone who is new to journaling and always found it a bit intimidating, I am SO grateful for my ThoughtFlow journal for the structure it provides. I've already found that my journaling this month has helped me practice mindfulness in a way I'd never experienced before, held me accountable to my new year's goals, and reminded me to practice gratitude every day. It is such a stellar way to end every day. Very much looking forward to continuing my journaling process with ThoughtFlow's help!
