Amazing way to reconnect with myself

As a fairly stress-y person who is often far too focused on my to-do list, I'm so grateful to these prompts for forcing me to look inward every day and take my mind off of the less-important things that my brain tends to gravitate towards. These prompts have reminded me how to be grateful for what I have, have asked me to relive some favorite memories, and have pushed me to stay focused on my personal growth. I already feel generally less anxious and more in touch with myself because of my daily 5-minute practice of thinking about my daily ThoughtFlow prompt. In addition, I love discussing each day's prompt with my partner -- it has helped us get to know one another in a deeper way. I could not recommend these more!
